At Strandglück we are convinced that the most valuable thing in life, is to spend time with the people you love! To make sure that this wonderful holiday time is as enjoyable as possible for you and your loved ones, we got the most important things covered.

Indoor entertainment in the games room

Watch out, children! This will be your new favourite room: In our play area, there is a soccer table, a dartboard, a big TV with a game console, many great board and card games and of course, a bookshelf for our bookworms, for whom a great holiday without the right reading material, would be unimaginable. When was the last time you played? Use the holiday time for having fun and playing with your family and new and old friends.

Outdoor Games

Would you like to play outside? As a hotel guest at Strandglück, you can borrow our outdoor play equipment free of charge. We have table tennis rackets, a volleyball, viking chess (kubb) or boules balls to rent out.

The perfect Sundowner

For the grown-ups, there is a self-service minibar with selected drinks. Who can say no to a glass of chilled white wine or a delicious Klüvers beer from our Neustadt brewery on the balcony at sunset?

Grömitzer Welle (Indoor Swimming Pool)

The seawater swimming pool with wave pool, water slide, whirlpool and large sauna area, is always worth a visit.

Wassersport Grömitz (Watersports)

Jörg and his team offer a whole range of water sports. These include, surf courses, sailing courses, catamaran courses, SUP and even kayak hire. They are located just 200m away from the beach. As well as the watersport activities, volleyball courts can be found directly on the beach, inviting you to a match. The Aloha Lounge also has the best Caipirinha cocktail in Grömitz! Don't miss out on this fun for the whole family.

Segelschule Blauer Peter (Sailing School)

In the beautiful marina of Grömitz, Jan and his team take care of training sailors of young and old. The different sailboats, open BICs and fishing boats are waiting for you in the water. Teice a week, it is also possible to sail on the yacht Rasmus. Jan is looking forward to your visit.

Zoo Arche Noah

The Grömitz Zoo ‘Arche Noah’ is a beautiful park with many interesting animals, beautiful and large playgrounds, the possibility to feed and touch wildlife, a restaurant, a train, as well as lots of space for kids to romp about. It is a must for all families with children.

Minigolf Eldorado

Fitus runs this well-kept miniature golf course, which is located right behind the beach. With lots of love, heart and soul, the miniature golf course proves how much fun the whole family can have together when everyone looks away from their mobile phones and lives in the moment of here and now.

Filmbühne Grömitz (Cinema)

A small and very cozy theatre, with relatively cheap tickets. This is a cinema experience, far away from the big cinema operators, with tastefully selected films shown in the Grömitz pedestrian zone.

Hansa Park

This is the only amusement park directly at the Baltic Sea. The Hansa Park is a 10km drive away, with great roller coasters, various carousels for adults and children, water slides, shows and playgrounds. Great family fun!

Kletterpark Kraxel Maxel (Climbing Park)

In Lenste (only 5kms from the beach), is a fantastic climbing park, located directly on the beach. Who dares to balance over the suspension bridge at a height of 10m?

Museumshof Lensahn (Museum Farm)

How did a person manage a farm in the olden days and how was bread baked? You can see and learn all of this, in Lensahn, 7 km away, in the Museumhof.

Leuchtturm Dahmeshöved (Lighthouse)

Climb into the lighthouse at Dahme and take a look over the Lübeck Bay and the Fehmarnsund Bridge. The lighthouse is also an excellent destination for a bicycle tour.
